book 2: Poisonwood Bible...cause i started it yesterday and it's convenient.
Okay, so I keep coming back to this. I used to be in a book club, and it's been going on for 3 years. Although you can't really join because it's too faraway for you,(unless you want to move to Canada), but you can see the books we've read. If you go to wannabemarie.blogspot.com, she has a book on her sidebar called Past Book Club Reads.
She hasn't updated it since February, and since then the books have been The Scarlet Letter, Enders Game, and The Goose Girl.
I meant to say link, not book....
And I know it only fulfills half the purpose of the book club, since you can't discuss it, I think we've read some great books.
My sister does a book club online. I think it's through Yahoo. There's lots. Pick the one you like. Or start your own. You could do a Facebook group, or find people in your area for in person contact. They're pretty sure they caught the Craig's List Killer so you can totally post your name, address, and when you'll be at home there again now.
